-cold call all day
-No health/dental insurance 401k (essentially no benefits at all)
-Basically no training. I had one 30 min call about the CRM they use, another 10 min call showing me an example of a good cold call and that was all the training i received.
-I pretty much dont know anything about the product. they just sent me a bunch of word documents with no context so I assumed i should read them and train myself but half of the docs dont even make sense.
-30 min lunch break
-8:30am-5:30pm
Micro-management while asking those doing the micromanaging to do too much themselves. Lack of transparency in company standing. Too many different ideas
