Where do I start.... Low pay no annual raises No bonus, bonus is only for sponsorship sales team CEO micromanages EVERYONE and fixates on little things that are not a big deal So behind in payments to vendors, speakers, and venues. It's very embarrassing. They for some reason hire marketers and event producers and really 3/4 of the company from Europe who have no idea about the market trends in North America. Why have events in Canada (and the US) and not have more local staff? No HR department No IT department
