- The consulting business model involving collaboration of consultants, sales and freelance community works very well. STC got this point right - such collaboration is very efficient and benefits all sides - Freedom to design the way you work: flexible working model for consulting - Small, but strong. The incentive linked to project revenue is a strong motivating factor and compensates for the hard side of the job - Thinking big: CEO has a strong vision and gives us the freedom to find our ways to support it
Cons
- It’s still a startup, so don’t expect the same benefit package as Big4 - Administration is still a little bit messy, but because we are still small, someone always finds the way to help - No official Flex Time system yet. Consultants have to ignore the rules and record their time sheets accordingly - Still low recognition of the company name
