Working here does not feel secure. Employees are often terminated under the pretext of a lack of projects, yet shortly after, the same positions are advertised again. The management lacks maturity and tends to mistreat staff, with excessive micromanagement from upper-level leadership who are unwilling to accept feedback or alternative opinions. Favoritism is also apparent, employees who align themselves with management tend to be retained regardless of performance!
