Pros

I'm not being melodramatic when I say I've got nothing positive to say other than perhaps it was nice being surrounded by nice cars!

Cons

Awful, rude management. Nasty backstabbing colleagues. No career progression or training. Poor pay and long hours. Some massive egos here who don't know how to deal with feedback.

There are great leaders who inspire confidence and trust. Fellow colleagues are cooperative, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It's a great work environment.

Cons

I have not yet identified any disadvantages.
