Pros

This company offers an fast-paced learning environment. It's a fantastic place for new developers to rapidly expand their skills by taking on multiple roles. For industry experts, it provides the opportunity to make a significant impact, as the solution is primed for success and just needs a few specialized components to streamline the development and deployment experience. You may run into some resistance, but there is so much room to actually contribute to and influence the future of the company. This is the place to be to make a difference. The team culture is highly supportive, with great teammates who genuinely care about your personal well-being. I truly felt like part of a family (a word that I was hesitant to include since it has been deemed a "toxic" trait), which made the workplace atmosphere exceptional. You'll have access to great technologies and ideas, and the chance to work with an incredibly smart team of devs and scientists on an impressive simulation engine.

Cons

If you're new to software development, you'll need a strong drive and curiosity to learn a wide array of topics while simultaneously contributing to projects. There is a tendency for knowledge to be siloed within teams or departments, which can make it challenging to access information and collaborate effectively across the organization. At times, you may feel undervalued, possibly due to the fast-paced environment or communication gaps that can arise. The company is ramping up for growth so there is a lot of work, which can lead to burn out if there's no clear vision and recognition structure in place.
