Pros
Streamline Defense is a great company to be employed. Management goes beyond what is expected to achieve employees satisfaction. Leadership has an open door policy and they really care for the employees.
Cons
Some of the stumbling rocks that was recently overcome was issues we had with the HR system, to include the Tracking Hour System. Working through the kinks and slowly turning this "Con" to a "Pros."
