Good managememnt but comapny stucture need to be improved

Alot of gaps in training and SOP's and also no appriciation

10 year old organisation which gave an opportunity after saying a no from my end 3 years back. one who wants to work, learn and implement new ideas with more confidence, you are most welcome. given a chance and time every one has equal opportunity provided you prove your point and yourself. small team size with enough output, delivered excellent products which are at par any Communication and CRM solutions in industry.

Getting on to the process implementation, it has been slow as people have to adopt it. Join only if you are interested in learning else this is not a right place to be.
