      Pay is on a percentage of receipts. Well run firm. Good presence across Canada.

      Little teamwork. Eat what you kill structure which disincentivizes collaboration.

      Good hours, good work life balance while I was there

      Cons

      Poor training. Lack of lawyer involvement in training at all. Poor communication with the management. Management was hard to approach and did more damage than good
