Working at Strive has been an amazing experience. The office staff genuinely cares about both their employees and the families they serve. I always feel supported, whether I have a clinical question, need scheduling assistance, or just need someone to help problem-solve. I love the relationships I've built with my patients and their families. Being able to provide personalized, one-on-one care and make a difference in their lives is why I became a nurse, and Strive makes that possible.

There really aren't any major downsides. Home health requires flexibility and travel, but that's expected in this field.

Fast at getting patients on your schedule, like they can get them on in 2 weeks. I’ve never seen a company be so efficient at getting kids on your caseload
