Pros

It's in the middle of downtown Austin, but that can easily be a con. Im paying way too much for way too little so that i can be close and don't have to drive for hours like other coworkers do.

Cons

They will drop you in a second when work gets slow. We lost 3 out of 5 people who were hired only months ago. I feel real bad for them. There is obviously an in crowd and if your not in then it kind of gets annoying real fast. You work 7-5 that's a 9 hour shift with an hour lunch, so 10 hours a day at wok. Tons of other stuff, don't wast your time I'm looking for a new job as we speak.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the training program is thorough.

Pros

Young company average age around 27, with plenty of recent graduates. Good place to start entry level out of college to make friends. They have many happy hours, and encourage drinking in/out of office. There are some good managers that care for the growth of their employees.

Cons

There is no set strategy for company or career growth. They do not promote the proper people, and getting a raise is extremely difficult. Turnover is extremely high in an industry that is not too interesting to most, and must do a better job in retaining the talent that they already have. When they do hire, it is usually for quantity and not quality. Many of the top employees have left in search of better jobs due to lack of incentives. No 401k matching yet either. Good place to start your career and make friends ], but would not advise to stay here long term. Extremely hard to get answers and action from management in a company this size.
