Work - Social Worker Stroke Support Station Employee Review

Bosses are too busy to be on the ground so workers can just do whatever they want such as going home early or coming to work late. Good employee activities sometimes but this may be gone soon considering recent changes.

All empty promises and entire organization is in a mess, like falling apart as an SSA. Limited progression.

- Progressive management - Flat hierarchary - Everyone gets to speak. Everyone gets heard - Very clear vision and mission

- Can do better with observing staff's protected time
