Great company to work for. There is a lot of growth anticipated over the next few years that will yield in multiple opportunities to advance your career here, given you are inclined to do so. Fair pay. Fair benefits. As any company, success is reliant upon the strength of your local team and the relationships you build within your internal (and external) network.

Biggest con I see is that the company is growing rapidly and struggles to maintain culture company wide. Everyone is remote, and there is not enough being done to get the teams together or train new employees that are from outside the industry.

Good work/life balance is achievable. A lot of support and training. Work from home, but not alone.

Massive growth makes things difficult to stabdardize.
