A great company to work for. It really helps to have the natural ability to sell and take care of the customer. I'm a car nut, not bashful, and not afraid to ask for the sale. I started with this company in 2003, and even worked for them when I moved out of state.

No cons here. If you put in the time and effort, it will be worth your while.

After the owner's son took over the business, there are no real "pro's" anymore.

The current management is in the process of phasing out all salary and "commission" sales positions, and replace them with low wage hourly positions with no benefits. I was being paid about half of what my position would actually pay in the real world, and I was terminated so they could attempt to hire someone else for half of what I was making.
