Although we are disappointed to see that you had a negative experience while working at Stryde, we take feedback very seriously. We do want to address some of the comments in your review to ensure there is no confusion. Every employee is at least guaranteed a weekly hourly paycheck. The only reason an employee would not be paid is if they took off time from work. We hope that you took the time to address your concerns with management and did not make assumptions that resulted in your frustration with management. As mentioned on multiple occasions, we have an open-door policy and encourage employees to address concerns. That being said, we wish you the best in your next place of employment.
