everybody is young, they all hit their vapes at work hahaha and they blast music all the time which is pretty cool.
Cons
First of all, you are required to be at the office at 7:20 sharp, 5 days out the week. Everyone is practicing their pitches or giving motivational speeches for about 2-3 hours (which you don't get payed for, and if you don't show up to the office you are frowned upon) There is no work life balance because every day you are working 12-hour shifts. you are required to drive to a BJs, Costco, Sams club location from a 20 min - to 1 hour drive from the office. At the grocery store you are selling phone services in business professional clothing. you will only get promoted if you find more suckers to fill the client representative role so you can get bumped up. (MLM / Pyramid scheme)
