      Pros

      They pay the food everyday and give you private medical insurance. The are located in the center of Barcelona.

      Cons

      Really bad atmosphere. Disrespectful and egocentric heads. They have ping pong table but you can't use it, you're there to work. You're not a person, you're a number.
