-Stubgroup has a very healthy focus on doing what is right for the customer while taking care of their employees. You are encouraged to try new platforms, campaign types, etc to get the best results. Expect to learn and grow in your advertising skills. -Currently the company is 100% remote which makes work life balance a lot easier than typical office jobs. -The managers listen and gather information and then act on it. I can't overstate how important this is. Issues get handled in a timely manner.
