I've worked at 3T for over 3 years and it has been a pleasure to be a part of this team. I joined when we had around 10 people, and as we've grown to several times that the culture has remained welcoming, open, friendly and lighthearted. It's rare to find a job where you actually look forward to Monday mornings, and we get things done while being able to enjoy it at the same time. Here are some of my favourite things about working with 3T: - Great atmosphere (in person and also remote) - Flexibility & understanding - Team events: quiz nights, pot luck lunches, ping pong, bowling.. - A feeling of contribution to the core product - Competitive salary - Open communication channels across all levels
