My peers were amazing to work with. They had a depth of knowledge that was accessable and they always worked hard to make our productions a success.
Cons
Leadership was not stable in their decision making. They created an atmosphere of fear and lack of trust. They also wanted you to document every aspect of your day. The lack of trust in the employees that you hired to do the job was very present. Turnover was high and those who leaned into the orbit of leadership were rewarded, not those who did the work every day to move the company forward. Also, Dave was a spy to report back to leadership.
