I had a great experience overall here at Studio K. I didn't have any experience in the interior design industry but I learned so much about the industry and furthered my marketing and creative skills. My role was unique because I didn't work directly with any of the designers but I still felt very important and had a lot of fun rebranding and growing our marketing. My role allowing me to dip my toes in so many roles and tasks. There are so many amazing projects that Studio K is involved in which was really exciting. I gained a lot of confidence and skills that I will be taking to my next job. The people here are truly what made me enjoy going to work each day. Everyone is so kind and fun and makes everyone feel respected and included. I made some really close friends here. This was an amazing experience that I am truly grateful for.

Because it is a smaller company in the beginning there was not as much structure when it came to my position in marketing. I could have have benefited from a bit more training but I know this is something they are working on. But I really learned to create my own system that worked for myself and my mentor.
