Studio Moretto Group Response
10moThank you for your review, although I must point out that many of your comments are false, and now that you are growing up, we need to bring the discussion back to reality.
Saying that the number of interns exceeds that of staff is a clear mathematical error, and we suggest that you refrain from making false statements, especially about data you are not familiar with.
Tasks are assigned based on the interns' abilities, so if you have not been assigned certain tasks, it is because you have not demonstrated that you are capable of performing them. This is certainly not a shortcoming of the company, but rather a reality of the working world.
You and all interns are officially assigned a tutor, in addition to specific trainers who prepare you for individual tasks, and this is also clearly stated in the internship contracts. The fact that you do not recognise this is contrary to the evidence and offends the work of your colleagues who have mentored and trained you.
You complain that Italian is spoken in the company, but perhaps when choosing an internship in Italy, you should first find out what the national language is. Nevertheless, all our manuals are available in English, and this is even certified by our ISO 9001 certification. Finally, as a multinational company, our staff necessarily speak English, Spanish, French and Italian: if multilingualism is an obstacle for you, we recommend that you consider changing your course of study.
We send you our warmest regards and hope that our advice will help you to base your future assessments on facts and to accept that the world of work is meritocratic.
