Pros
There is surely the opportunity to work on a wide range of different and integrated projects. No stamping the card, free water, decent break room, big desks. Outside of the management, the team has really some great people in it.
Cons
No training for juniors or interns. Actual seniors are very rare, due to low salaries. Messy and improvised management. It's a one-man show for the CEO and his outbursts. No experienced project managers and no ownership of projects frequently create a mess of people blaming someone else for missed deadlines. Low salaries and no benefits. No smart working, no flexible hours, not reached by public transport, little to no parking, no meal tickets. We had free coffee for a couple of months, and then a vending machine happen.
