Pros

It's an healthy environment, where employees are treated with respect regardless of their seniority, where senior people are actual leaders that invest into the people they hire, by providing a good balance between making us independent and help us unblocking. I overall had an amazing experience working at Studio Init, both profesionally and personally, as the colleagues I worked with were amazing people that I still catch up from time to time today.

Cons

Being a small environment, you may end up exporing areas you are not comfortable with or taking higher responsabilities for the role you were hired for. This can be a double edge sword as you will learn a lot and it will pay off in the long term, however you may feel confused at first if you're not used to it. I would still consider this as a pro, however Glassdor doesn't allow me to fill this blank

Pros

- Freedom to try new tools and explore new processes without any restrictions - Independence and trust from senior leadership to take product from 0 to 1 - You are treated equal at the company. Designers and Engineers get paid equally. Therefore, everyone is on the same playing field and is treated equally. - Extreme trust from senior leadership. They care about you growing and trust that you can represent the work independently.

Cons

- Can be extremely uncomfrotable because you are constantly exploring new territories from Coffee Shop Modeling, to AI therapy. The abstractness of these environment are new for everyone, so it requires you to learn those tools in order to execute. Ex) AutoCad for Coffee Shop Modeling. You kind of have to put in the extra hours to learn something you might be unfamiliar with.
