There are no pros to working in this company

The seniors always degrade their staff and treat them like trash. The manager and senior will always nag at you every single hour and every single day. If we didn't get any sales, the manager would force us to buy an item to make it seem like we at least had one sale. The managers will also body-shame and critique the staff's looks all the time. Aside from the bullying and verbal abuse by the senior. They also underpay the workers there, and because they lack manpower, the interns and junior staff will be asked to cover other branches. Even though I was an intern, there were multiple times when they wanted me to work for 7 days straight, and when I reported this to my teacher, the next day they scolded me and threatened to reduce my performance score because I was being "ungrateful." Throughout my 5 months of interning there, 4 full-timers quit because they couldn't handle the stress from the seniority.
