      Pros

      They give the day after thanksgiving and the day after Christmas off as paid holidays. Favorites get large bonuses and others get a few hundred dollars around the holidays

      Cons

      horrible culture. cursing, yelling, humiliation, and bullying are encouraged. no human resource department so you can't complain. union employees are treat worse than salaried employees. if u need a job desperate go for it. if not, keep looking. something better is out there.

      +Able to interact with a lot of different tools, machines +Understanding activities in a manufacturing plans +Get a lot of knowledge from colleagues.

      Cons

      Personally for me is the distance and the gas + toll is a lot in comparison with the pay

      Pros

      There is always overtime available if needed, and most of the people are friendly.

      Cons

      Union is not very good, and union rep in house is worse. Very blatant favoritism by some of management.
