The only Pro about this place is its remote.
Cons
They have no relationships with many vsm so you don't have many jobs to submit candidates too. They are a start up so no one knows or heard of the company so they don't want to work with you. No real leads but Vivian and they run out of credits every month so you have no way to generating leads once they run out. Slow in growth of technology. No culture whatsoever, you meet daily to repeat samething over and over. Their expectations are NOT obtainable with the limited jobs they have nor lead systems. They will fire you for not meeting their unrealistic goals, no guidance or direction or coaching. Do not work here.
