Everything! The structure is not helpful for studetns, the job absolutely sucks and it is soul crushing. The hours are LONG with almost no breaks, We are not just teachers but also co teachers, lunch aids, ESL/ Special education teachers, helpers, mentors, tutors, etc. We also have to offer council to parents ?????
