Not the Best Experience — Proceed with Caution - Team Lead Successive Technologies Employee Review

I had an extremely distressing experience at a company event, where I faced inappropriate behavior from a senior leader. When I brought this to the attention of another top executive, instead of addressing the issue appropriately, I was discouraged from speaking up and was indirectly offered incentives to stay quiet. I chose to leave, as my self-respect and safety matter more to me than any retention offer. I am sharing this to caution future candidates, especially those considering roles in the Sales and Marketing teams. It’s important to thoroughly research the work culture and leadership dynamics before joining any organization. Stay aware, ask questions, and prioritize your well-being.
