      Not sure there is much to say here.

      Cons

      Takes on employees with view to develop, then completely flips 180 near end of probationary period without any communication with employees to make improvements.

      Hybrid working if based at head office . Friendly colleagues. Opportunities to progress.

      Dated and slow systems. Micro management.

      Really nice colleagues, friendly office

      Cons

      Training isn’t a priority. Managers constantly in meetings, long serving staff members pushed out the door. Internal systems are very dated.
