But the management in the Philippines is very frugal when it comes to payroll and benefits. The only benefit includes HMO which was downgraded this year. There is no food or transportation allowance. Mind you that the food in the office doesn't come cheap. You are stuck with dry and flavorless food or expensive ones that don't cut your salary. Even though it is possible to give employees better benefits the management would rather keep everything under budget likely because of the new small office in the heart of Pasig. The office is very bare minimum as well. We got poisoning after not properly cleaning the office utilities. We couldn't prove it as we didn't get tested so we didn't contest to it. But it a lot of us who are working in office experienced the same thing then it says a lot.

They are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the team's well-being and professional development. Regular check-ins, constructive feedback, and a focus on team success are just a few ways they demonstrate their commitment to good management. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where leadership is both effective and empathetic.
