Accountant - Accountant SumBridge Employee Review

Rosie contacted me but I ended up working with Pete. They are both amazing and have done everything possible to get me on their team. I had already gotten a permanent position with another company but Pete convinced me to go for a contract to hire that he thought I am a great fit for. It was a very difficult decision for me to make but I decided to take the risk. I am still in this contract position but I don't regret for a second taking it. Pete has been more of a mentor than a regular recruiter and I really appreciate how he keeps involved and regularly checks in to make sure that everything is fine. I really feel like I am part of the Sumbridge family.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like when working with Sumbridge.

I worked as a full-time recruiter at SumBridge and had an extremely positive experience overall. The small, yet ambitious and focused energy within the office was invigorating. My manager was dedicated to my success in my professional life and helped me develop the skills necessary to accomplish new things. They were also sensitive to my personal life as well, never questioning unique situations. Overall, I grew tremendously as a professional and individual while learning from my team members. The team knows their stuff and has unique experience within the industry. It's definitely a "high-touch" approach, which I really enjoyed. We really strived each day to create a positive experience for both candidates and our clients.
