Pros
Great, nice, caring, compassionate employers! They expect hard workers, loyal employees, and employees who want to grow the business. In return you are paid a fair wage, get regular raises, bonuses for exceptional work and little surprises here and there! Like a spa day, or lunch out! They want their employees to be apart of the business, not just work for it. Which makes you want to work hard and always give 100%. Could you imagine if all companies worked like this...wow!
Cons
The only con I can think of is that there is to much duplicating of information. The company needs to be more streamlined. Which is being worked on.
