Amateur senior leadership and IT paralyzes business - Anonymous employee Summit Materials Employee Review

Senior leadership is a mess, and CEO either doesn't see it or turns a blind eye. The complete incompetence of IT leadership and disastrous data are a HUGE risk for this company. The IT dept as a whole is self-obsessed and whiny.. not the business partners you'd expect from a public co. of this size. Basic controls lacking .. literally no guidelines nor consistency for expense line item tracking. From finance team "just use whatever".
