Pros
The people I work with are some of the nicest, most caring and genuine people I have ever met. There are always opportunities to pick up extra hours if you want them.
Cons
The upper management does not care about the well-being of the staff members at all. The hospital is almost always understaffed, sometimes dangerously so. Staff injuries are common, and the only reason upper management will talk to you about it is to see if you are able to come back in to work/not going to sue the hospital.
