No room for improvement, if you try to climb the success ladder they find a way to start writing you up. If your manager doesn’t like you, your done. They have no training and then let you go when you make a mistake. When a discripency is found in your work, they don’t let you review the tape with them, it’s your managers word against them. They literally fire 2 people a month. They don’t uphold everyone to the same standards. Aside from the corruption internally: They don’t have food. The supervisors never help. Very unsafe. Nurses fight with each other behind the station.
