Cons
Projects have no software design documents, so it is very easy for work to derail and for blame to be shifted. Projects themselves are horribly managed and the people in charge of the project do not know how the inner workings of the project components work. There also is no HR to actually sort out office politics so the power is delegated to Project Manager. Design team will often re-design the project interface and declare the new changes important to the point where it will slow down developers and pull them from their true duties. To make matters worse, you will meet liars here. There are some people who will lie and stain your reputation because they feel like it, throw you under the bus for something they are responsible for and above all, they will run straight to management and complain about you if they have so much as a qualm about you.
