Thank you for your feedback and the recognition of our benefits program. Over the last few years we’ve worked hard to broaden and strengthen our overall benefits package for employees. I’m sorry to hear you did not feel like you could take advantage of all the benefits we have to offer like PTO and Volunteer Time Off to achieve a better work life balance while you were working for Summit Utilities. As you know, the recent integration with AOG was a tremendous amount of work and certainly resulted in a lot of change company-wide. The feedback we’ve received from employees is that though the changes required some time to transition, they are welcome and have made the company not only a better place to work but also be able to operate more efficiently.
