We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We distribute company cars, however, because of COVID there have been many issues with the supply chain. This has caused a back order on getting more company vehicles. In the case of not being able to distribute a company vehicle, we offer our employees mileage reimbursements. The pay range for our Field Service Technicians varies based on experience. As of now, the range is $17-$20+/hr. Candidates that have experience within our industry, will have a higher pay rate. Someone with no industry experience, will have a lower pay rate. When we decide to not move forward with a candidate, we send them an email to notify them of our decision.
