Pros

They seemed nice during the interviews.

Cons

They lied about or qualified everything they listed in the job posting. Company car? Just kidding, they haven't been distributing those since before covid. Pay range? Oh, that one in the job posting isn't accurate. Claimed to bend over backwards to ensure everyone was paid the same, but made sure I told them when my pay expectations were before they told me the range. Claimed they'd call back within the next couple days. Few days after that, form email. Maybe I slipped through the cracks, but these guys seem like they're looking for a sucker.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We distribute company cars, however, because of COVID there have been many issues with the supply chain. This has caused a back order on getting more company vehicles. In the case of not being able to distribute a company vehicle, we offer our employees mileage reimbursements. The pay range for our Field Service Technicians varies based on experience. As of now, the range is $17-$20+/hr. Candidates that have experience within our industry, will have a higher pay rate. Someone with no industry experience, will have a lower pay rate. When we decide to not move forward with a candidate, we send them an email to notify them of our decision. Again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback in regards to our interview process. Your feedback is important for us to become aware of what we can do to improve our processes!

Pros

None, I use to love this job. Now I just dread going to work. Too many clicks, and if you don't fit in, you will be an outsider. Its also nice to see many employees doing little to no work with no repercussions. The one place where nothing works should be the actual slogan.

Cons

I use to love this place. Then upper management changed, we lost a bunch of accounts. Employees have been fired right and left, or ran for the hills (they are the smart ones). They have events, but don't allow field technicians enough flexibility to get to them. You will be underpaid, watched like a hawk, and don't expect to get ahead. There are little to no opportunities to advance, and when there are, they are not posted for you to apply to them. Current management will pick and choose who gets a chance for the opening.
