Pros

Culture is great, you do feel at home here in the moments you aren't being pushed to perform.

Cons

-Opportunities to advances are based solely on your demographic and there is little sympathy if you are injured; I had my chair violently shook just days after I had been in hospital with a broken back. Management's response: Oh well. -Compo doesn't include super -Pressure to do sales. The hustle mentality is so inbuilt it isn't flexible to those that are great at customer service but don't like sales

The company is filled with good people who are talented at what they do.

Cons

The company has had a mixed past, with some shadiness. But all those people are no longer at the business and the company makes a real effort now to do things the right way.
