      Pros

      Culture is great, big emphasis on work-life balance. People are really nice.

      Cons

      They hired before they had a plan. There was no bonus structure for BDR teams, too many AEs and BDMs, confusing round robin system, bad CRM and no tools. Also salary is not that high, even for Serbia.

      1. Culture—superb culture—fun, considerate, non-political, hardworking, intelligent people. They do an excellent job at hiring good people. 2. Great support and flexibility for their customers. They are very nice to work with. 3. Internal teams are very responsive. They’re very quick to help and even proactive. 4. The company works hard to innovate and support customer needs.

      Cons

      None at all—no company is perfect but this company comes pretty close.
