      Pros

      Very good training Very good work-life balance and very flexible with hours Lots of paid time off Company provides you with equipment No micromanagement Pay is alright, B2B contract which is good for some people

      Cons

      The company hired a lot of people, more than they needed. QA team is inconsistent. Very hard to communicate with other team members at times (some people just refuse to check Slack). Tricky to get the monthly bonus

      1. Culture—superb culture—fun, considerate, non-political, hardworking, intelligent people. They do an excellent job at hiring good people. 2. Great support and flexibility for their customers. They are very nice to work with. 3. Internal teams are very responsive. They’re very quick to help and even proactive. 4. The company works hard to innovate and support customer needs.

      Cons

      None at all—no company is perfect but this company comes pretty close.
