Pros

Supportive founders who genuinely value feedback and are always open to new ideas. Great culture, work-life balance, and plenty of ownership. Communication is transparent, decisions are made quickly, and your work has a real impact.

Cons

As a growing startup, some processes are still evolving, but the team is receptive to feedback and continuously works on improving them.

Pros

I got to work directly with the founder, which means decisions happened fast and there was no bureaucracy. Their product actually solves a real problem for merchants, so selling it felt genuine to me. The team is small, so I felt myself heard. I also got exposure to the full sales cycle, from lead gen to closing to customer success, which is rare at other companies. The office culture is pretty chill and collaborative with everyone on the team ready yo help.

Cons

If you want a very structured, large-company sales playbook with dedicated SDRs, AEs, and CSMs all separate, this isn't that

No pros Worst place to work, pls dnt join, keep your current job

Cons

*founders doesnt know what they are doing, they will hire someone, then they don't give even 1 week to the new employee to adjust *people leave their good jobs to work at sumtracker but they don't care about that or how it will impact their mental health or finance *founders don't know what they're doing as they don't have any plan as such, they're just doing hit and trial *check their linkedin page, so many employees were fired, just because they thought they needed someone but they didn't, for eg, a product manager or customer success *Ankit and Kush both make faces and never appreciate *its been so many years, but still only 5 employees, half of them joined recently cz they are pushing ppl to resign or fire them *micromanagement max *they want the smallest of tasks to be documented, they want to see everything, get involved in everything *they luv to document every nonsense, every waste, every useless thng *both founders are super dumb, they did worst course from IIT Delhi but they r not smart
