Monday-Friday, Sat. Is mostly optional OT. Benefits are not the best, but they're there.
Cons
Pay is on the low side, management can be horrible depending on dept. One of the AM maintenance managers has made it his mission to find reason to write people up that are outside of his dept. for some reason.
