Thank you for your service and feedback. We apply consistent and market-competitive compensation practices so we may attract, reward and retain talent while ensuring compliance with applicable organization policies and external regulatory requirements. Recognizing the need to evolve our approach to meet our goals of becoming a digital media company, earlier this year our local newsrooms redefined their roles, responsibilities and organizational structure so that our colleagues are in the best position to create and deliver news content for the rapidly changing demands of our audience. We are also excited about the experienced leadership team that arrived earlier this year in South Florida: GM Nancy Meyer and Editor-in-Chief Julie Anderson, who are collaborating to drive digital change, grow our revenue and provide quality journalism to these local communities.
