      Pros

      We have a great team here! People working in sync to deliver the client's version of perfection. That's something you need in a good mood work environment, or you end up getting Monday blues. The boss sure is a model of learning and inspiration, among other bright things. The overall environment is calm and collected even if there's a storm brewing. The best part - we only hire people who absolutely love what they do and believe it makes a difference. Saturdays are off so that's a major plus.

      Pros

      Work-life balance *hint* *hint* A close-knit 'family' who 'care' about you. Micromanagement at its best! Report your bathroom breaks down to the seconds. Pushed me to look for better opportunities out of sheer desperation.

      Cons

      Breathing down your back. Need to share your team with the ENTIRE team from the CEO to the HR to show that you are working at all times. If you take a WFH, you do not get 10 minutes for a lunch break, you are expected to work with one hand and eat with the other.
