California rules and regulations about pay and benefits.

Good product. Thats about it.

No collaboration. Work is done in silos. Very much hush hush culture. Double standards for everything. Company does not embrace any type of improvement for change. Any ideas are shunned down. Your not given freedom to do your job, but every move is micro managed by the owner. Upper level management is tainted by unethical coworker involvement.
