If you like to work for a vulturous company that celebrates bankruptcy, you found the right place. Part of the business model is to remove as much responsibility to the customer as possible. No more warranties, no more performance guarantees, no more covered service. Hard to manage a portfolio of customers that have a low likelihood of saving money.
