Pros

Pays the bills Love my coworkers Very casual

Cons

No room to move forward. A deep patriarchy. So deep you need to be a women to get promoted so they can work closely with you. Micro management to the max. Everything you do will be watched and commented on. You will always have someone looking at you. Favoritism. Hypocrisy, your manager will call out more then you and then send an email saying attendance is an issue. When you are working hard, many people will be in other departments laughing and ignoring their work. Management will turn a blind eye to this if it is someone they like, and they all leave at 6.

Pros

The first thing that stood out to me about Suncrest was the type of people they hire. So many incredibly smart, talented, intuitive, hard-working professionals who are also well-rounded and know how to have fun! You quickly get the sense that upper management care much more about their employees than they do their paychecks. The work environment is fast-paced and engaging. You will rarely have a boring day and will probably end up going out for a drink with some coworkers after a long day of work to laugh it all off! And plus, they food they cater everyday is actually pretty dang good.

Cons

There honestly are not many cons. Suncrest is a younger company and is definitely experiencing some growing pains, but nothing that makes working there a negative experience. There's a steep learning curve, but you figure things out quickly and are hands-on by day one. Sometimes there can be high-stress situations, but everyone around you is always willing to help where they can.
