Pros
The team is extremely talented and has deep domain expertise in both real estate and tech. Amazing culture. Great work is celebrated and the executive team does a fantastic job at making sure people get recognition. The funnest environment I've been in. The team cares a ton about our mission and each milestone is heavily celebrated. Makes the work very energizing. Incredibly fast growing company with significant room for professional development.
Cons
(Not a con in my mind, but worth disclosing): people here work hard. This is definitely not a 40 hour a week job.
